Yeah, I think the whole frontal assault would be more of a kick in the nuts. Buses of Buffalo fans, all decked out in Sabres gear, streaming into the RBC center would be a great sight!!! I wish I could go since I'm only bout 5 hours away

For anyone going, what are your guys seats?

I'm in section 118, Row V (I think, I know in first 26 rows though) and seats 9-11.

I would seriously consider doing this. There are tickets are Stubhub where 15 seats are available for $35 each. OMG this would be so fun!

If I had a job and therefore income, I would go to the caps game in washington on the 2nd, and then the canes game on the third.

would point out that the sabres play washington the night before so if you dont like to miss games, better make arrangements

The original idea cooked up by one of Buffalo sports radio DJs was to wear Canes tees or something until puck drop then take them off to reveal the Sabres gear underneath. Fans said screw that but the number of traveling fans is still supposed to be crazy.

The name is a reference to the Trojan Horse from the Illiad epic by Homer.

Im not sure you can convince me that its really worth spending money on canes shirts. I think itd be funnier if you wore condoms. No offense but I think the canes would have a field day with this one too. Good times all around!
