ive been unemployed since june 09, minus 3 months last spring i worked a temp job. things blow here.

im happy for your dad. make sure he spends that money. one person can help get a ball rolling, i truly believe. im really happy for you and him.

Unemployed since May 12, 2010 (happy half birthday to me). Working as an umpire this year which is a volunteer job with reimbursement. A little bit helps.

Also, if I sell a few more books on lulu/kindle, I hit their minimum payouts and get $20/$10 respectively.

Yea it's great. He got fired for a bullshit reason anyways. I mean it makes sense, but it really was bullshit.

His old company had a no back-up policy without a spotter and he moved the truck back two feet and accidentally slashed a 100 dollar tire. No one saw him and he was honest with his boss and he pushed it and pushed it and fired him. Really quite bullshit.

Just upgraded from my old Sony PC to a new HP with two...TWO 23 inch HD screens!!!! This is the coolest shit ever. Netflix movie on the left screen and Sabres Junkie on the right screen. Fuck yeah.

Unemployed since August 2010 and almost out of money in what has been my main account, but I won't be for much longer. Planning on working 50-60 hours a week this upcoming summer because I can. I haven't had a full-time job since summer 2009. That was a good summer as far as employment goes, worked 50+ hrs/wk in June and July (which meant little sleep 'cause I worked nights and days, buuuut the money was nice). Looking to get a full-time first-shift job + consistently work dinner shift at the place I'm being interviewed at Tuesday (they're going to hire me, though). My little bit of money has come from acting for CERT training here and there. Haha.

well got my team for floor hockey. we did a draft tonight and i really only know who 3 of the 9 people on my team are (having just joined the league i really dont know people). i got my goalie friend so between him and me we have a nice tandem. beyond that though...no clue.

Well today was an end to pretty bad season for my hometown London Knights. All though they actually really surprised me by taking the best team in the west to 6 games but I am still mad but not at the out come. During the I had a couple of other teams fans(Owen Sound) sitting in front of me and they were not bad cheering there team on but when Owen sound finally scored a the 1 an only goal they persiste to act like douchebags.

Then the last few min of the game a knghts players comes in on sort a breakaway and falls down and the Owen sound fans in front of me say he dove. So what I did is say did you two even watchthe other games in the series because that was not a dive, there players fucking dove so much the entire series I was fed up. After the game I almost came to blow with the both of them because they were fucking rude. And one last thing Owen Sound has never been good so this was there only real shot at winning anything so I won't see those douchebags ever again because they were typical band wagon fans.
