"He looked pretty good, had a good practice," Ruff said. "He said he felt pretty good, so all that is real good."

Ruff said forward Patrick Kaleta, who has been out with a sore knee, is under consideration to play. Right wing Mike Grier, who also has a knee injury, is not ready to return.

Sweet! I say have Miller play Friday, and Enroth Saturday so Miller is that much fresher come playoff time.

hey now, lets not get ahead of ourselves, come saturday, we still may not have a spot locked, so lets just wait on the give him a rest so hes fresh for playoffs. if we don't do this right he'll be resting for his golf swing.

The magic number is 1. If Buffalo doesn't make the playoffs, I'll send you my next mortgage payment.

They're in.

Oh man, that sucks, they make you pay the mortgage at your halfway house? Bummer. :)

Miller is the unquestioned #1 on this team, but Enroth is playing so stinking well, it's hard for me to push him away so eagerly.

As funny as this would be, I really don't want it to happen.

That's a tough call, because I want him too keep playing and not sitting on the bench, but I also want him readily available from here on out. So, I'm not sure how they handle this.

Oh and this is GREAT NEWS! I'm very happy to see Miller in net again soon, but I hope we can get the Flyers in round one!

Let Leggio get that experience.

Enroth is obviously ready to handle the backup job here, and if something happens to Miller in a big game, we'll have a capable goaltender ready to go.

It's playoff time. We can't afford to send Enroth back down.

Miller with rest is one of the surest things in hockey. Just hope the team can score for him.

enroth opening a door during the playoffs isnt going to help him. him getting minutes in portland will. miller will play, and if something happens, bring up enroth for the next game. till then, give em both the time.

If Miller plays, he'll play tomorrow. Enroth is starting tonight.

I'm not sure of that I believe they would like to test miller in a game before the playoffs to make sure he is good to go

If they clinch tonight, Miller has to start tomorrow. He needs to shake the rust off and get focused.

Enroth doesn't need help. He's ready to go. He took 18 games off, and since then has went 3-0-1 filling in for Miller.

Imagine if Miller got hurt in the first period of a playoff game, and Lalime went in and got torched. All so Enroth could play a couple more games he doesn't need.

He's got his blue and gold pads anyways. He aint going nowhere.
