Haha, that's true...he did shave his beard into an awesome 70s stache last year to try and turn the tides. Guess it depends on how the next game goes. But yeah, you can't reason with goalies. :P

I can't quite read what it says above Miller Time on the back plate, but I asked on FB...hoping he'll explain.

Also, I'll be interviewing Ray Bishop in the off-season about Ryan's masks in part two of my goalie masks series (I'm trying to find out who does Lalime's as well).

I don't think it says Noureen. I've always noticed he had something written above "Miller Time" way before they were together. Because I'm a weirdo (you all know this), I've always tried to take a close up picture of his mask when I'm at games in hopes of deciphering it but I've never been able to. :lol:

I screencapped it, still have nooo idea what it is, but I think it has to be something because it's written there every time:

Remember when he got his Japanese mask, and a reporter asked him what was written in Japanese and he wouldn't reveal what it said? I wonder if it's the same thing...

I was going to say actually, the bulldog looks a lot more badass than usual. I think they added a spiked collar on him or something.
