I made this little guy in my jewelry and metal working class. He's my new pencil holder. Way more work into it than it looks but he's pretty cool. My first 3 dimensional piece since throwing pots in high school.

Stripped everything off my fake Vanek my sis got me at xmas as seen here..

And added it to the blank RBK game-wear jersey I ordered from hockeymonkey.com

This was setting up for the 2 hr job.

Had to rip the stitching for the "Reebok" under the neck line which took the most time of anything.

Here is the finished product. Also, the "A" is my own work. As is the fight strap.

Where the stitching used to be under the neck line is still a bit visible, but the material will spread out with a few washings and wearing it.

Thanks man. For my next trick I think I'm gonna tackle that 40th McCormick. Likely do that one next month, coin depending of course. Lots of stitching to go into that one. Each letter in, "Buffalo" to be sewn on individually, then the numbers and name plate with the smaller Sabres logo. My work will be cut out for me for sure. Might pick at that one over the course of a few days :P
