well taylor swift beat out beyonce for best female video. This was Taylor's first ever VMA award and she was so happily surprised. She started her speech and then Kanye hopped up on stage, took the mic from her and pretty much said Beyonce should have won. It was classless and hurtful to Taylor. It looked like she was about to cry.

Later on Beyonce won Best Music Video of the Year and instead of saying a speech, she brought Taylor back up so she could finish hers.

There was never so much drama between Creedence and Skynyrd....
