Well you're going to play SOME music at the arena, and in highlight clips. Playing music from The Goo Goo Dolls makes more sense than any other band since they have a connection to the city, and have chosen to live in Buffalo. I fail to see how it's forcing music down anyone's throat.

I was quite relaxed. Simply made a comment. You need to get your anger detector checked of something.

If you don't like them, fine. I'm not their biggest fan either. However, I really like that they're proud to be from Buffalo, and remain involved in the area.

Not angry at all. I mean, I think lots of bands suck but I'm, not angry about it. I am aloud to think something is corny without being an anti-buffalo-patriot. Most people i know think their music is poppy garbage and cheesy. Sorry i stepped on y'alls Buffalo card.

I don't disagree that it's a little corny. I just don't mind that they do it. Anything that makes people feel good about the Sabres and the city is ok with me.

Sorry. Your reponse about "Sorry we have civic pride" or whatever didn't sound like that. It's cool that they are from Buffalo and that people dig them, but I don't. I absolutely LOVED the pre-season videos....but the music.....yuck. Kind of like chick pop singers. They're great when I mute the tv. :lol:
