Amazingly, all of my favorite foods are delicious, high protein/low fat creations of my very own. I pretty much eat the same exact foods around the same time, every day. Their that good. I had no idea that I even LIKED cooking until I was laid up with an injury for 4 months. I enjoy it and I am great at it. But I'm great at everything I try, it can't be helped.

Take this recipe for example:
1. Marinade a package of Honey Suckle - Turkey Breast Cutlets 99% Fat Free, for 2 days with about half a bottle of Ken's Steak House - Honey Teriyaki Marinade.
2. When ready, you're going to cook them, but do not over cook them. I do the foreman grill for about 7 minutes and they come out nice. Put them on a plate too cool.
3. While that's going on, follow the direction on a box of De Cecco - Linguine Whole Wheat. Cook the whole contents.
4. Also while that's going on, chop up some veggies. Bitch. The biggest cucumber you can find, a red bell pepper, 3 vine ripened tomatoes (or 1 big assed regular kind), and 1/2 of a red onion (or the whole thing if you really like onions).
5. After the noodles are drained, chop up the cutlets and dump them in with the noodles in a big pot. Empty a small bag of flax seeds into the pot, and stir it all together with a whole bottle of Olde Cape Cod - Fat-Free Toasted Sesame Soy & Ginger Dressing. Let it sit until it stops steaming and then mix in the crispy veggies.
It makes 14 1oz. servings. Here are the stats for a 2oz. serving:Cal-432, carbs-62, fat-2 (TWO mother fucker), protein-36
Enjoy! I pretty much each this every day for lunch, and I look forward to it!
