I just hope portland gets a first class sort of team as their affiliate, they sure deserve it, and do not deserve to be stuck with an organization like florida. they were horrible to the amerks.

The Panthers have a GM and coach now that can win and care about winning. The Panthers will be treating their AHL club very differently now.

Florida's prospects have been looking for a new home since the season ended and both parties said they don't want an extension. The Pirates are as of today looking for a new parent club - speculated possibilities are FLA, VAN, PHX, and TBL. The Sabres' prospects will now fill the Amerks' roster.

Yeah, the Coyotes were actually visiting the CCCC last week. My money is def on the Yotes. Poor Portland.
