In order for Luke Adam to play center effectively for the Sabres or any other NHL team, his skating needs to improve dramatically. He'll always project as a winger here.

Rhett Warrener texted Regehr to come to Buffalo DURING the alumni event, told him over the phone that the move would be a perfect fit for player and team, said it'd be a great place to raise a family. Per Warrener's bit on WGR.

Also said he's felt Regehr has been uninspired in Calgary lately and thinks a change of venue would do him good.
