per NBC tv.

Really? If she didn't murder her child, she somehow let her kid drown in a pool. She shouldn't be allowed.

Tough to make that call. There are other kids that are sexually abused every day, which some would consider to be worse than death,

I understand that, but if someone is perfectly comfortable with their child drowning in a pool after she was an awful parent and just let her drown like that, she, like other parents that do worse to their children, shouldn't be allowed to have another kid.

First, I don't really think Caylee drowned, but I'm not sure Casey would be comfortable with it.

It's just a slippery slope. How can you possibly say that someone that our justice system said did not commit the crime she was accused of can no longer have a child if they so choose? You're basically then saying 'I don't like you, so I will punish you as such."

She's a scumbag, and probably was involved, but you can't punish based on that. Nobody even knows if the child DROWNED. The prosecution could not put forth a cause of death during trial, which means they don't know how she died.

I guess it's just retarded to me that it seems so obvious she did something but she can't get nailed.

I had the same initial thoughts, but at the end of the day, the state didn't prove it.

They went for a charge that required way too much evidence that they didn't have. Further, they wanted the death penalty for it. It would be a major failure of our justice system if she were convicted and sentenced to death with the evidence presented, no matter how guilty you feel she is.

To a point I agree with you about overcharging her. They definitely went over their heads with the capital murder charge and the lack of forensic evidence directly linking Casey to Caylee's death. The case was an extremely circumstantial one and those are the hardest cases to get convictions. Especially ones involving the death penalty.

My opinion is the state got big heads over the amount of publicity this case generated from the beginning. They should have charged aggravated manslaughter of a child and neglect of an child. Both of them are felonies which would have sent her to prison for some time.

I personally think the Orange County Sheriff's Office shined during this nationally televised trial. All of their personnel (initial officers, the primary detective, and the crime scene technicians) testified well.

Now she is going to be free to do whatever she wants to do and Jose Baez will be the next Johnny Cochran. I think I saw his head get bigger after the judge said that she was found not guilty. The funny thing is I don't think he did a good job at all. He just got lucky the jury wanted more forensic evidence by the state. The only thing he proved was that the whole family (with the exception of Lee) are fucked up.....

She's probably too stupid to make the connection.

On any given day, I don't care who the Kardashians are. Besides their dad, I don't really get their claim to fame or follow their lives.

Kim's dad, Robert, reactivated his law license because OJ was a personal friend. He was one of the lead attorneys on the OJ Simpson case. You know, that other case that everyone feels the jury fucked up on, too. You know, the case that is constantly being compared to this one. It's just pretty funny that she seems so appalled at the verdict when her father is partially responsible for OJ getting off.

In case you don't get that.

I got that from the start. But naturally she's such an idiot whore you can't expect much else.

According to how many people follow her on Twitter, apparently 8,273,828 people do. :/

Brandy's (former R&B artist) brother peed on her once in a sex tape.

Wait...so she's famous because a shitty r&b artists BROTHER....who apparently isn't well known enough to have a name...urinated on her in a motel room somewhere while a handheld camera was rolling? Man, I didn't think Brandy had enough star power to make someone famous by pissing on them herself let alone her brother. Man I need to go live in a cabin somewhere.
