I'm still waiting for the return shipping label they were supposed to send to me for screwing up my Sabres draft hat order (I received a Bruins hat, size small) and I've placed about 5 calls and 4 emails thus far to customer support to find out wtf is going on. Christ, I would have been better off getting someone in Buffalo to grab me one of these hats at HSBC Arena and ship it to me that way. I'd flip for some complementary beer for their troubles, too.
Same thing with a hat I ordered. Came in the wrong size and after dealing with them over and over I just said to hell with it and gave it to my son.
