Awww, no more Mel! But I think at least every one of us who has visted the arena since her face was on the wall had their picture taken by it, so at least there's lots of photos to commemorate her!

ted black made the claim the sabres have the best ice in the NHL. thats awesome if true.. but no ones skated on it yet. little early to make that claim. also, apparently, they are adding a 90 foot LED ribbon to the facade of the arena along washington street?

I'm sure it's outside facing the street to show the score etc....think Times square.
