Tonight is the first time since Sunday that I can walk like an upright human being, instead of looking like an extra on The Walking Dead. Pinched/pulled something in my lower back at hockey and haven't been able to do much since, even sleeping hurt like hell. Going to try a light walk on the treadmill tonight to see how it's coming along, maybe a light jog if it allows.

You never know how much you miss the ability to move around freely until you're all gimped up. :?

Too true. I know why Pete Townsend wrote the line "Hope I die before I get old", even if I might not want it for myself.

I am probably the oldest 25 year old on the planet. I wake up with my right knee, left shoulder, and right ankle killing me when its really cold out. I feel your pain there man, I really do. Mobility isn't an issue for me yet, but assuming in 20 years, I'm gonna be getting atleast a knee replaced. Possibly ankle reconstructed as well.

Yeah my back has been bothering me for a while. I don't do a lot of heavy lifting or anything so I'm assuming sitting a lot, or a really bad collision with the boards in inline are to blame.

Stiff/painful back and stiff neck have been the norm for a few months.

My back always hurts when I sit/lay down in bed too much. It's the only reason I haven't chosen to spend the rest of my life in bed.

LOL one of my best girlfriends just said, "I don't know who to jerk off to tonight, Ryan Miller or Barack Obama."

This is why we're friends tbh.

Today is the draw for the all inclusive trip to Ottawa to catch the Sabres/Sens game. I've been checking my mail and messages way too often and I'm scared I'm setting myself up for a big fall if we don't win.

Common big money! No whammy!

After not winning the trip to Ottawa for the Sabres game next month, I open up my bank account today to find a nice surprise. The same day as the draw, the government decided to give me the gift of 3 years worth of GST/HST credit in one lump sum!

So, who is going to be at the game on Dec. 9th or 10th and want to split a widow-maker before hand? ;) Nothing finalized as of yet but we're going to start looking at total costs tonight!!

Just a little happy atm :D

I'll throw it out there, if you're willing to stay in Rochester, I have a spare bedroom.

Much obliged Jer! Thanks for the offer, man! I'll keep you posted on events as they develop, fo shizz! Me mudder may be making the trek as well so things may become crowded. Mum has never seen a live game so if we can get her down for a game, that will be just the more awesome! She lives in Toronto but shares a hatred for the leafs but likes the Sabres  I'll let you know though for sure!

Jay, one widow-maker is just for starters :P What transcends afterwards can only be that of epic proportions!

We gotsta get the Phil, Missy, Alex & Tom involved in such shenanigans as well if they're game for a gathering of minds!

Blaaaaaah. I want to get my hair cut, as I want to donate it to Pantene Beautiful Lengths (which is like Locks for Love but supposedly better), but going to get my hair cut is always really annoying and I hate spending tons of money just to get some hair chopped off. Lslkjsdkgjsld.
