I love these D pairings. This is how it needs to be.

I'm a little nervous about Myers/Sekera pairing. Regher has been great in nonchalantly breaking up odd-man rushes against and recovering from a lot of the turnovers Myers has had, but I'm not sure if Sekera will be up to the task if this trend continues.

Ya it's a more offensive pairing than anything else. But I think they'll be alright. Sekera does lead the Sabres in +/- with a +6. So it won't be as bad as it looks on paper (Defensively speaking)

I know MAG has sucked this year and the whole team completely sucked ass in the first period of the flyers game but, I know why weber was not used until now. He looks in over his head just like last year.

Were you watching the same game? Weber was awesome tonight... Grags should be sent to the AHL for lil R & R then maybe he'll get a shot at the D-Line but as I see it right now Lindy be a dumbass for putting Grags in over Weber...

It's a phrase that basically means, if you wanna see the Sabres at the top, turn the rankings.

I'd love to see you coach the Sabres for a day. Wait, no I wouldn't.

Weber was solid last night. His fight got the players into it for sure. He was defensive and when nobody else would hit or finish a check he would. Regher too. Keep Weber up.

It was only after the first period he looked bad in the Philly game. He greatly improved after that I stand corrected.

Thanks for a solid game Weber, now take your spot back in the press box. Sorry, but maybe the only thing that makes sense of this is Gragnani's contract status.

I'm not worried about it. Weber will be a starter full time once the games start getting really meaningful, because a soft ass D with 4 offensive defensemen will not fly.
