Weird angle to tell from but you can kind of see an upward push with his head at the last second. He'll likely get double from his last suspension for head butting.

When I was watching during the game, I was sitting on the other side of the rink and could see the scrum full on. I don't remember seeing a headbutt, and it barely looks like one from that angle. To me, anyways.
