What was untrue about my statement?

1. The fact that Roy isn't a #1 center.
2. Gragnani has looked out of place in the NHL so far this season.
3. Leino seems like a bust.
4. The fact that Stafford takes off nights all the time thus IMO I bad move in resigning him.

Care to explain how Roy isn't a number one Center?

the first goal was shit, he must have been daydreaming or something.

the other iffy one was typical of Miller, shots that are deflected early and at long range are tough saves, but I've seen several goalies at least react better to them. I think the problem is also what makes him a special goalie. He reads the play and picks up the puck extremely quickly, and in the case of those types of shots, he seems to be getting set for the original trajectory while it's being changed. Some goalies don't set as quickly and that helps them re-adjust quicker. Luckily you don't see those get deflected so perfectly on net too often. I can only think of 2 in like 3 years.

The Stafford bashers need too take one or two of those knives out of your eyeballs, cause he's been solid all season. A few games he's carried all the dead weight on his line, including Roy, Leino, and Ennis. He's not good enough to do that every game, but let's not confuse that with laziness. He's finishing his checks hard and working hard in every zone. Is he a man possessed? No, but when has he ever been mistaken for Crosby?

If you make that call with five minutes left in the game on a player that doesn't need help getting to the penalty box, you've started reffing with your heart instead of your head, and you need to sit. It's bush league to see a guy like Chris Neil squawking all the way to the box as the ref practically carries him there and never see an unsportsmanlike penalty.

I blame Mrs. Miller. Ryan's head is somewhere else.

Come on, Fly, you have to get in there and break this marriage up. Take one for the team.

I'll see what I can do. I'm in the process of communicationg with Kim Kardashian to see how this works.

Personally, I think Ryan still hasn't recovered from having to see his wife make out with this Indian guy:
