Ugh. No. Also, a big no on Lost Highway. Two of the worst movies I've ever seen (if you don't count Spaced Invaders).

I'll be the first in line on November 13th to see "2012"
Check out the trailer http://www.whowillsurvive2012.com/
Best of all, the title song in the soundtrack belongs to none other than

SOUNDS SO GOOD. When I first saw this, it seems that the natural disasters are happening as a result of his crazy notes
Midnight show together, yes? YES?! :D

im sorry but 2012 looks completely retarded.

It's an action movie, like Transformers, it is what it is. It'll be entertaining, but probably entirely forgettable in the long run.

Well, The Icehoundonian Calendar has predicted that there will be many a Hockey game and much revelry and boozing, long beyond 2020...

I'ma make a movie about bogus catastrophe predictions...then again I might just jump on the bandwagon, become an Acolyte of Doom, and go along for the fear-filled ride while trying to get me as much easy junk as I can...

The End Is Nigh!!! Repent!

Party in my pants...Tonight, and every night, until the Final Countdown. See to your salvation! I shall be thy rod and thine staff...

wooot.

Agreed, I'm actually really opposed to the entire idea of the movie. But I have Glambert needs to fulfill, ya know? :D

ps Nicholas Cage might be a deal breaker. Is he really in it? I think I'd start rooting for the disasters...

To continue with the nature of the thread, however: Conspiracy Theory. It makes you think, and Mel Gibson going batshit crazy is always entertaining, too.

I think Law Abiding Citizen looks really good.

2012, I'll probably go see it, and Nicholas Cage isn't in it as far as I know.

That's good, never really cared for Cage.

I like both Cage and Cusack.

Cage was awesome in The Weatherman, Con Air and Matchstick Men. I don't think action movies are really his thing, but for some reason he keeps starring in them.

Cusack was good in 1408, Identity, and Serendipity. Serendipity is one of my favorite movies.

Three words:

Leaving Las Vegas.

Thank you  One of the great acting performances of our time.

See also Adaptation and Raising Arizona for other stellar Cage performances. Like many good actors, he just chooses bad projects to work on more often than not. Can't blame him too much (cha-ching!).
