All the comments, except for the Josh Bauer guy, sum up my response to this ridiculous op-ed piece. I'm not surprised Bucky would write this trash, but I am surprised an editor actually put it to print. If I were Pegula I'd never talk to Gleason again. Any Sabres function, Gleason would be specifically prohibited from attending.

In Pegula We We Trust!

Considering this is Bucky, it almost doesn't surprise me.

Let's look at some things here;

-Although the wins haven't been the prettiest, the Sabres are on a roll.
-Roy is looking better and better with every game.
-Miller won his last game.
-Enroth is solid.
-Leino seems to have found a good pairing on his line.
-Stafford's play as of late has been solid, IMO.
-Vanek-Pommer-Adam… Nuff said.
-With the exception of Myers going through a bit of a rough patch, which after last night, he seems to be finding his way out of the woods, the team is playing overall good hockey at the moment.

So, what does he have to do to get his usual negative views out there since he has no one else to focus on? I know! Let's piss off the guy who has brought some feel good vibes to a team and city that hasn't seen an ownership like this since the days of the Knox family!

You should have seen the shit storm it caused on Twitter. Mike Harrington (another TBN sports writer) was flipping out at people who were pissed at the article. Then he wrote a blog on Sabres Edge to try and "educate us" why it was a worthy column and he expressed it IN ALL CAPS!!!! It was embarrassing.

eh, i wanted to hear more too honestly. there is a sabres connection to the scandal, though who knows how direct it is. but the fact is a sabres employee sat on the board of a charity that may have been guilty of "pimping" young children out to donors.

it was a poorly written article and pegula did address it. and the link i mentioned could not exist beyond what i posted. but its worth digging around for.
