He took the guy that was being taken to the ground. He left his guy.

Also, Sabres D is absolutely awful. Why???

aaaand the shitty Sabres show up on home ice again.
When you watch the Sabres playing D it's hard to believe it's a NHL team, fucking stupid mistakes.

I know Roy is a forward but if you play the point you gotta be a little smarter.
Ehrhoff is just a huge disappointment.

Roy made a good step on the first goal but he got an unlucky bounce. The actual goal is on Enroth though. I don't know about him but if I saw Parise wind up in the slot like that i would come out and cut off all the angles (including my five hole) haha.

Second goal was Roy's mess up. Kovalchuk made a nifty move to shake him which gave him some space.

I don't care about the bounce. If you step up like that you gotta end up with the puck or you're giving up a great scoring chance. Play it save, no need to step up at all, you are on the fucking Powerplay.

The only thing I'll say about that play is Roy obviously should have taken the body. The guy had his head down; it was a good play.

No matter if it's football or hockey, Buffalo's D is pretty bad.
