Imagine Myers in a few years, when he's a little more mature and savvy and bigger.

Fuck that, there should be two penalties. Penalty called, then Leino clearly stops from running into the goalie and then gets tagged from behind?

Good job by Boyes and Leino. Both have been good so far.

It has to be the stache.

Hahaha, the LET'S GO BUFFALO chants are overpowering the home town fans.

This is called winning.

I'd like to see more of this Stafford-Boyes-Leino line. I'm calling them the 1-2-3 line (numbers 21, 22 & 23).

Twice in Carolina, 2W, 69 saves, 1 SO, Enroth is the man.

and the cane fans were a better fan base.

no one cares down there. its not as bad as some places, but its still a joke.

The Buffalo games are always pretty empty of Canes fans here, most hate those game and don't go simply because of the playoff series.

Or that's the excuse I've heard. Plus the Canes are sucking right now, who would want to watch the games unless your team is playing?

RBC was built to amplify and echo the sound to make it seem louder than it really is...that's a fact I know for certain.

Lot's of season ticket holders stay away from the Buffalo games because the reputation of the Sabres fans has been blown out of proportion. Seems like a wimpy response to me. It was only at 80% capacity tonight and Buffalo fans drowned them out.

The game was entertaining but extremely sloppy. The ice was horrible and pucks were bouncing everywhere. It threw off both teams' rythm and they looked as bad as the midgets playing during intermission. Leino, Boyes, Myers all played well, and of course Enroth.

I heard that they actually handed out fan etiquette guidelines to the fans coming in. WTF, are we that bad

You've got to be kidding... Etiquette guidelines? Seriously?

The only road game I've ever been to was in Montreal. Considering there were about 22000 in the Bell Center, about 100 of us were Sabres fans. Some who made the trek from Buffalo to attend and nothing out of the ordinary went on. Some friendly ribbing during the game but at the end of the day, nothing got out of hand.

I wouldn't say we're as bad as ‘Canes fans let on. The way they're reacting is almost on par with putting us in the same group as Leaf fans.

Now THAT is fan base full of pigs and arseholes.
