i think the pot is causing you difficulty in reading. im all for the legalization of pot. but not because "our freedoms are repressed!" but so stupid ass threads like this will go away and pot heads will finally shut the fuck up forever.

and if you wake up with hangovers, you are doing it wrong. i actually got way more headaches from pot then drinking myself into a blackout.

That's completely untrue.

No, it isn't. Unless you know everyone I know that smokes. I didn't say "Nobody that smokes pot is more than marginally productive or interesting". I said "Nobody I know"...

lol you're being a baby, Irony, you know that? The pro legalization campaigns aren't any more intrusive or annoying than pro lifers (probably far less), but you don't advocate abolishing abortion to "shut them up," do you?

And you should care about the oppression of human rights, because the precedent set by this law is dangerous. I know that you and many other people find it pretty easy to get complacent with the way things are. But the fact of the matter is, with the wrong people in office, that precedent opens the doors to other oppressive legislation.

Try giving a fuck every now and then. And if you don't want to, that's fine. But don't waste your time coming into threads calling us pro legalization people annoying, because YOU'RE the one who went out of your way to click on the tread and type a reply.

sorry, "legalize pot thread 7373001" is the same garbage spewed in every other legalize pot thread of all time. its annoying. every pothead since the dawn of time has made it their crusade to "legalize it" and "educate people" about pot. and its constantly shoved in everyones face. wanna smoke pot? awesome, go for it. but you dont need to shout from the rooftops about being oppressed about it.

Someone sat you down at the computer and forced you to click on this thread?

Who did this to you, Irony? I'd really like to know. No one should be forcing you to read anything that you don't want to. Lets kill the jackass who did this to you.

ok, so now the real post of my thoughts on pro legalization.

im for it. pot is harmless, and frankly, the pot business would put a dent in unemployment, and you can tax it. it could be a huge building block to get the country out of this depression.

yes, the "legalize it" rallying cry is annoying and repetitive.

but seeing as pot is relatively harmless, its time to De-criminalize and legalize the drug.

but coke and heroin and synthetic drugs should remain criminalized.

I think everyone in this thread just needs to smoke a fat blunt and mellow out.

I'll be honest, people who smoke marijuana in general are annoying as hell. It's all they talk about.

That's a big generalization. Yeah, there are the stereotypical "pot heads" who just love talking about it, but the majority of people I know smoke weed and don't obsessively talk about it. I think you would be surprised how many people smoke weed that you aren't aware of, because they don't talk about it if it's not brought up.

You need to get out more then.

Seriously...most of the people I know who smoke weed are researchers/doctors at Roswell Park or professors at UB. I'd consider them productive and interesting people...

Legalize everything then. It would make everything unattractive to many people trying it, because if it was legal, you wouldn't get that urge and sensation to do something because it would be illegal.

Only kidding at that, but legalize pot, just do it so we can all live a happier and chilled out life.
