Eh... Maybe McCormick could move to wing or something and we'd have Gaustad, McCormick, Kaleta with Kassian on a line with maybe Gerbe and Leino?

Vanek, Adam, Pommers
Ennis, Roy, Stafford
Gerbe, Leino, Kassian (nice energy line)
McCormick, Gaustad, Kaleta

We'd have some good shit going.

I feel that Kassian is too skilled for that line. He needs to be a top 6 forward with his skill set.

Agreed. Or at least on the 3rd with Luke Adam and somebody else. Maybe Gerbe.

I agree I think Kassian is too skilled to be with Kaleta and McCormick. He should be on the second or third line. I like him to play with a small skilled forward that way he can open up the ice some for Ennis and Gerbe to do their thing.

Looks like Kassian may be closer to hanging onto his spot. He's going to be getting time on the power play tonight.

I really like the idea of a Gerbe, Leino, Kassian line. Like, a lot. 4th line is perfect. Having Ennis back is huge.

I like them, but I'd swap Leino and Adam. I really think that, if they're given time together, Vanek and Leino will click. Vanek just needs to learn how to anticipate these crazy passes Leino makes happen.

Plus, Adam and Kassian already have some chemistry together, and getting Gerbe who's really quick on the forecheck on the ice with them could only be a good thing.

Agreed. However I think our forwards are kind of ok. From my point of view, it's our D where we need to figure out to somehow "make it work". So far it's been terrible.

Adam's also had major chemistry with Vanek and Pommers. More so than Kassian's five games up here.

He's out there to give more space to those guys. Roy has made some good defensive plays this game. And If Vanek didn't score that on, Roy was there to tap it in.
