I think Lindy does the proper Eastern European/Anglo thing and internalizes all frustration and lets it boil over. Me thinks the tea kettle will be steaming soon. If I were Lindy I would take it all public. Press conference after the game call out every player by name and how they are fucking up. I would start by calling out Pommers for not calling out the team. Overtime games should be exciting but it's the exact same bullshit every game. This team is so dull.

Lindy should take them on an outdoor paintball war game, and find out who gets all whiny from the cold weather or gives up, and who digs in like a badass to find/"kill"/capture the other group or opponent. Something to figure out who the wusses are and who will fight hard to the end. Make trades accordingly.

Send them to Marine boot camp. Maybe even BUDS. The whole god damned system goes. The number who remain to fill out a roster stay with the team. The last one remaining is the captain.
