We think it's important that we get users back in here posting on a more regular basis. After some deliberation about how to make this happen we thought that we would give the following a shot as we felt this was our best available option.

We want to put the users more in control the the Junkie.
We've made the report post button fucillo HUGE because we _ENCOURAGE_ users to use it when they have issues with anything thats going on. Only the moderators can see what's reported, so even if it's small well see others who may feel the same and take action based on that.

Because of this we've also decided to get two more moderators. One who will become a local moderator in the Sabres forum and the Game Day Thread forum, and another who will become a local moderator of the NHL Talk and Lounge forums. Moderating four forums can be tricky as we can't read ALL threads and this also played a role in this decision.

If you'd like to volunteer, please send a PM to a current mod stating your interest in becoming a local moderator, then in a week we will start a poll for all the users to vote on the two users they feel would be best suited for a local moderator. Once the vote finishes the chosen local moderators will then choose which forums they want to moderate.
