Yup that's the way teams these days build there teams. Except for the Rangers of course. The teams that have won a cup in the new NHL have because they've built there teams for success through the draft. That`s the on;y way we get back in to the contenders list have a couple pathetic seasons raise a couple of stars then buy the best players to support those players and finally make a legitimate run at the cup.
