Funny, on how they just don't call obstruction anymore....that was a clear obstruction penalty on Boychuck at about the 9:30 mark. The puck was dumped behind the goal and Boychuck raised him arms and impeded the Sabre (Weber?) to the puck...he never looked for or played the puck.

If the league isn't going to go by their own rulebook, let's just get big slow guys to clog up the middle of the ice. You can't grow the sport if it makes no sense to new fans.

The Bruins wouldn't be nearly as good if the refs called obstruction penalties. When a team dumps the puck in, the first Bruins just plays the first skater in and commits flagrant obstruction penalties and the second comes in behind and clears the puck. I hate this league. We built our team for the new rules and them 2-3 seasons ago they just decided to go back to the old rules, which arne't even in effect anmore.
