So, some of you may recall during the early hours on New Years day of 2010, I posted about a friend who played hockey with me, was stabbed to death at a NYE party and the bastard wanna-be, "Thug" responsible went on the run. They finally caught him in August of that same year and about 3 weeks ago, his murder trial began.

There was some thoughts that the case may be tossed since so many people are changing their stories from the original statements to the RCMP. Today, though, seeing the pile of evidence that was against him, and an additional 20 some witness who were at the party that night along with the rest of the evidence that was going to be presented to the court, the son of a bitch pled guilty to manslaughter!!

Waiting for more reports to come out but I just heard on the radio the judge handed down 14 years (minus 2.5 for time already served) to this greasy little son of a whore. I know, no punishment will ever bring Jon back or correct what took place that night but I hope karma finds his ass while in the slammer and does a number on him...

I need a buddy...just someone to tell me I'm a fool for believing that a long distance relationship could work, and poke holes in it. Because I'm considering getting into one...

Go for it Jay. Only time I ever tried a long distance relationship, we were 16 and wrote each other letters every day and called once a week or something. That didn't work. But hey, these days with cell phones and the internet, maybe it could work. Hell, with Skype and a tube of KY you could have a more meaning and satisfying physical relationship than I did in all the face-to-face time with my long distance ex-girlfiend.

Going to go see her in March, we'll see where it goes after that. But I think I can actually make this work. Last night a few girls came up to talk with me, and I had to drop the line "You're really cute, but I'm kinda seeing someone right now." Yikes, whats wrong with me? Its either a serious case of the Yips, or I actually like this girl

Atta boy, Jay I think if you guys are seriously thinking of giving this a shot, you can find a way to make it work. Assuming she is a Bruins fan (You'll need to fix that, ) but if you are into her to the point where you're turning others away, that ain't really a bad thing.

She is a Bruins fan, lol. She's actually from New Hampshire, but lives in Newport, Rhode Island now. I'm probably going out there in mid-march, like the 16th-19th. We're gonna see where it goes. It's a tough call, because she is awesome, but worried a bit about the distance. I think I could make it work. But not really seeing her all that often would make it difficult. It's a 9 hour car ride, or a $350 plane and car rental ride every time.

I guess it could be worse. I'll figure it out with time. I mean I haven't ever been non-stop texting someone for a week straight without getting sick of them. We're both into each other, so I guess it's a start. Just gonna see how it goes.
