I'd put Parise between Vanek and Pomminville, or if he wants between Vanek and Stafford. But Pommers can pass the puck well so IDK. It'd be a pretty tough decision.

Parise is a left winger.

Oh shit, all this time I thought he was a center. Thanks.

I'll miss him. One of my favorite players, but I was prepared for that day for months. It only made good business sense to move him when they did.

I know I've been beaking Goose for the past season. But I just tuned into Nashville vs Florida game and saw his first game (obviously won the first faceoff he took), honestly it brought a tear to my eye.

Bring Him Back Darcy!!!

I'm holding out for his value to go down.

Honestly, as much as I like the guy, I don't think he should come back for anything over two million. Buffalo cannot keep paying 3rd and 4th liners over average roster-spot salaries. You can't have three or more players making over 3 million (Leino, Boyes, and maybe Gaustad) on your bottom two lines. You need to pay those guys LESS than average so you can afford to play your best players MORE than average. So while I'd love to see him back, I just don't think it's 3 mil well spent to offer him that for faceoffs and leadership.

We did not sign Boyes though. We thought he could possibly regain 40+ goals. We traded next to nothing for the guy and he will not get 4 million next year from any team if he wants to play in the NHL again.

As I said in the GDT, the call on Rivet was horseshit. The Bruins player was holding onto Rivet's stick like it was the last fucking raft on the Titanic.
