Depends what you like to use your phone for....
Google: Earth, sky, maps, music
Waze
Evernote
QRDroid
Key Ring
WGR has an app
Convo (Free version of tapatalk, you can read this forum)
foursquare
plume
advanced app killer
dolphin browser
Flashlight

Get the Amazon app store...it's like the Droid marketplace but they give away a paid app for free every day.

weatherbug
googlemaps
archer soundboard
espn scorecenter
air horn
droid light
open signal

foursquare is neat for friendly competition, as well as getting discounts on stuff if you check in some places.

Dolphin Browser is a replacement, 3rd party browser, that is far superior to the stock browser.

Evernote = a web based notebook you can do lots with (clip pictures, urls, web pages etc.) and it syncs with your phone.
QRDroid = a QR code reader...you need at least one
Key Ring = an app that stores all of the barcodes from your store, gym etc. membership cards so you don't have to cary them.
plume = twitter
dolphin browser = way better than the default droid browser

The sabres have an app that is actually not that bad. It is actually getting better because it works now.

thats a great point. though i think there have been better phones, they just havnt sold as well. so i guess its a huge area of grey. but i said as hyped as, not killer. i wanted to avoid that term.

heres how it looks.

i believe the screen is simulated, but supposedly the screen bevel is minimal as the picture suggest. just not sure if its THAT minimal.
