those seats are sold. corporate season tickets. but man, people started leaving early in the third. one guy tried to chirp me "does buffalos arena see crowds like this?" and i replied "they have a waiting list for season tickets. so yeah. every night"

another guy asked me if buffalo had all those stanley cup banners, and i said no. he goes, yeah, being inferior sucks. and i go yeah, you probably know how i feel when montreal comes to town then, right?

The thing that irks me about stafford is he showed zero effort in the opening game of the season. How do you not get up for the game just on that premise? Cut bait. We don't need his gameplay rubbing off on the youngsters. I don't need them thinking what he does is acceptable in any way

I can't wrap my head around what's wrong with the guy. First game, gets to play on the first line and shows absolutely nothing. The important reason why I don't want him around is that the young guys don't take on his attitude and play style. That shit is infectious.

This is what ya get when you don't acquire any scoring talent. You end up with Stafford on your 1st line.

The thing is... they can put anyone else on that first line. I would have liked to see Leino out on the top line on a wing. How about Tyler Ennis, moving him back to the wing, having Grigorenko center the 2nd line? There's so many different ways you can keep Stafford off that top line.

I'm very, very disappointed with Stafford.

Do we want Stafford on a line with Grigorenko, though? I see Stafford as poison. Too much of a pussy for the bottom lines, sucks too hard for the top two.
