Just reading 'MD 20/20' makes me feel woozy...

The worst all time has to be Wild Irish Rose. Back in the day when I worked on the ambulance, I can't tell you how many west side drunks I picked up that reeked of that shit. I swear some of them took baths in that instead of actual soap and water.
