i dont care about john lennon being killed. i dont like the beatles. i dont like his solo work, i simply have nothing but distaste for the beatles and their various spin-off bands.

but ill keep saying I DONT... thats just my opinion. incidently, when i think of john lennon, however, i dont think to myself "hey, he was slain by some whacko," i think of the beatles. and i think thats how many people who came around after his death feel. could be wrong. i really really hate the beatles though.

I think you just have an irrational issue with a musician's (or actor's, if we wanna go down that road) legacy post-mortem, especially if they died "tragically".

And if Cedric Bixler-Zavala died unexpectedly instead of just breaking up the band, I guarantee you'd be on a rooftop screaming the praises of a slain genius.
