pelosi will stab any one in the back to get her way. it's a sad fact that she is the speaker of the house. and that not a gender, or any type of discrimination i just think her politics are shit. then again i think a party system is not always right because i feel that if you are in a party you are driven to follow certain ideas and not always do what is in the best opinion of the country. It's not like the party's are all that different. if you look into history. Teddy Roosevelt, Republican, gave a major hoot about the environment, yet now a day that is thought to be more a democrat idea. my neighbor is a huge democrat barely ever recycles, throws out nice garbage too, if anyone is looking for something. I know in our town people may elect a guy who up and quit mid term back into office. the guy quit on us once. You don't have to follow these ideas but most people that don't don't get re-elected because they can't afford to run without monetary help. Yea anyone can grow up to be president my ass. Heck if where obama i would have mcCain as my sec of state. mcCain had foreign policy going for him, what a lot of people liked. who cares that he is republican. president has to talk to both sides and deal with both sides. and this is why i don't talk politics.

very true, and the sad thing is i have to trust the supervisor of the town of pendleton with my life if he is driving the ambulance or helping to put out a fire i go into. he may not be an interior, but that doesn't mean he can't use a hose, and you hit a weak wall with water, that you don't know is weak, and it collapses on the Search and rescue guys predominantly me and aaron in our company.

I give you a ton of credit for sticking with that stuff. I got so beat down by the politics at "Hoover Hose" (Sanborn) that I just had to get out. I miss the people, I miss the 'job', I miss helping folks. I don't miss the farm town bullshit. Soooo many good people who were good at what you need to be good at to run a successful operation were run out and shut out because they wouldn't suck up to that family.

Still makes me sad.

Both her and Barack are full of shit. Your going to continue to see 400,000 plus a month loose their jobs for the next year or so. Jobless recovery? Fuck her, no such thing, it can't be a recovery without jobs.
She's just as much full of shit as every other politician, why these fuckin sheep in this nation keep electing these morons back into office or into office is just a true testiment to just how ignorant and brainwashed the American voter really is.

Sad, truly sad to watch the Republic collapse the way it has.

She's a Democrat. And it doesn't help that she has a pretty annoying voice and personality...which of course is what a political career is all about.

I read briefly through her wikipedia, and I didn't see much that was all that hatable.

She also voted in favor of the 1998 Abortion Funding Amendment, which would have allowed the use of district funds to promote abortion-related activities, but would have prohibited the use of federal funds.[56]
