This is the Old Gaborik we're used to seeing! lol...

"He won't be playing tonight," Tortorella told reporters following the morning skate. "I'm not going to get into what he has."

My guess is that it's a 5 letter word and rhymes with Boing. Game of Hangman, anyone? :P

Hahaha that actually wasn't in response to your post... I knew you meant Groin.

I was referring to the Rangers team as a whole.

But thanks for the birthday wishes!

Lets all enjoy watching the Rangers crash and burn.

 right??

I get his point though. Myers is worlds better than Del Zotto, so it's acceptable that he's been our best Dman.

i dont know about worlds better. del zotto is VERY impressive. i imagine del zotto in the darryl sydor type mold. a very very good offensive defenseman who can be an asset in his own zone. i still picture myers as a poor mans pronger.

No Gaborik and a loss to the rival Islanders. Sweeeet.

They couldn't keep up that pace with the defense they have.

Gaborik being out helps, but the Rangers are not a cream of the crop team this season.

Rangers games are always on when I visit relatives near Albany. I think, though, that when they have a game at the same time as the Sabres, the Sabres get priority, which I of course think is SPECTACULAR. :D

Plus, it was an Islanders game as well as a Rangers game. I think that Islanders games are always shown. I think. Where my family lives, about twenty miles south of the city, it's Sabres, Islanders, Flyers, Devils, and Rangers. Basically, it's amazing how many games are shown on various channels every night. The trick is finding them.

I wouldn't say he is the best, Butler is the best but no one ever talks about him.

IMHO, Myers has more offensive upside than Pronger, and hasn't shown any of that nasty penalty and suspension drawing ability that Pronger has. I also think 52 is our best complete D-man, but that is just my opinion. ;)

Being in the shadow of a 6'8" wunderkind can do that.

You mother fucker.

He's 6-9-15 in 17 games now ;)

Almost had two goals tonight but Gabby tapped in a Kotalik shot that was probably gonna go in anyway. I'm just glad he's doing so well despite cycling between the 3rd and 4th line, but plays the point on the PP.

Good, lets keep it that way. Then it'll be easier to sign him to a new contract...hopefully :D
