Maybe you should pay attention to some of the things that are being written once in a while.

Most of the hate is how the NHL rams Sid down our throats, NOT HATING ON SID HIMSELF.

Yeah, most of the ire is directed at the league and it's media outlets over hyping him.

And the Jordan/Tiger comparison really isn't a good one. Both of those players are probably the best to ever compete in their sport. Crosby is not.

I have no issues with Sid as a player, and I suspect many other people have the same opinion.

I would be just as pissed if it was all Ovie, all the time. Or all Marty St. Louis, or all ANYBODY. There's plenty of great highlights and stories that happen around the league every day. Show me the BEST highlights, not Sid's best THEN everyone else's.

I like all the videos dedicated to Sid's save. They're like:

"Sid talks about The Save again."

I go to the NHL.com page for the reviews and previews of games, and maybe catch a nice highlight somewhere.

The only problem I had on Sid the player was how much he used to whine, seems like he is getting over it more, because as a player he is great, but the NHL is just trying to shove everything Sid into our throats.

I'm a fan of the game, and I want to see a spectacular goal scored by someone else, Or an amazing save on a blindside open net or something.

I bet his save is going to be on their top plays of the week, and someone else who deserves recognition for what they have done forever is getting ignored once again.

I just want the NHL to show commercials on regular TV when games are not on... They have the best commercials, absolutely beautiful, and the only people who ever see them are already watching games. WHY.
