I like to make my own original Halloween costumes and am looking for any good ideas. Found a few sites with pictures, but most sites have all store bought costumes. If you have any good ideas or good sites post them here. Thanks

Heres one I thought was pretty good and original:

...Back in college, I had pretty long hair...grew a beard, and with a sheet and some red nail-polish, did myself up as "Our Resurrected Savior".

It was a private Catholic college: Needless to say, it went over like a lead balloon. There was a hearing to consider my expulsion...

It was inexpensive and original, though. And I had a good laugh about it.

Last year I was going to be Tom Brady but couldn't find crutches in time, so I spent Halloween night in my room.

This year, I shall be a pregnant Michelle Duggar.

I overuse this one but I dress up like I would normally and tell people I came as a foreign exchange student.

Then they'll have to change the name of the show to "19 Kids and Counting."
I know of one "J" name they haven't used yet ;)

Haha, that YouTube costume is pretty clever. Last year I was a puck bunny.

This year I think I'm going as a pin-up girl.

After this next one is born, they should just leave the show titled what it currently is, so when the kid grows up s/he'll be like, "I hate you all."

If they use my name, I will love them forever ('K, maybe not, but I will at least think they're awesome and not just ridiculously happy all the time). I have only heard of a couple different people with it before and have had the pleasure of actually meeting one little two-year-old girl with it. All of them have been black, too, which cracks me up because it makes me realize that, yeah, my name doesn't really fit where I was born at all (farm, dirt road).

I'm trying to decide between Snape, Sirius Black, Harry Potter, or Dr. McCoy

i was mathew lesko last year. 2 years ago i was ritchie tenenbaum.

this year, i might buy one of those huge blow up exercise balls the women use. the ones that are like 3 feet in diametre. and paint it like the earth, and go as atlas, the greek god that carries the world on his back?

you can not count a water dish and food bowl as a water bottle. no way! theres a milk jug, water bottle, and a water cooler.
