The assassin is likely Canadian. S/he quoted the letter "h" with the comma outside the quotation marks. That's Canadian/British/everything-not-American grammar.

Edit: This person also appears to use commas quite liberally. I can think of one member who does that.

or the persons just grammatically challenged like half the people on the internet.

The assassin will toy with you now.

You'll be getting warmer when you travel down this road:

495459

He'll be heading for the sunset if you match it with this code:

733154

I'm not saying throw out all the work you've done, but there are 9 judges on the US Supreme Court. It was suggested the Matthew clue was a Bible reference. Judges is a book in the Bible. Anything in Judges 7 that might help us? If so, perhaps we have a fairly devout Christian as the Assassin.

to clarify my 7 judges. there are 7 men and 2 women on the supreme court.

Oh yeah, I see. I still think it's a Christian reference, though. Judges being the 7th book of the Old Testament. I was struggling with the Matthew clue a bit, but alphabetically Matthew is the 7th apostle.

I'm totally reaching here, but converting numbers to letters gives us DIE DEI for the first numbers - German for "The God"? Of course, I can't make anything out of the 2nd set. I'm also struggling with YOU'll be... and HE'll be... Who is "He"?

I'm lost with the clues still.

If no one gives me a good person to protect I'm just going to protect myself, yes I know. I'm selfish.

Rule 3: A police officer may protect another police officer.

The way that rule is written, it doesn't seem to allow for protecting yourself.

My profile would be of the assassin which I can not do. Honestly, I can't even profile the targeted victim although it looks like the 7's certainly have something to do with it. The number to Montalo's in Australia is certainly suspect, but there is something we're missing - or then again, maybe not.. Try anything... anagrams, binary, backwards letters, backwards numbers. You guys/gals may have already covered the target. There is nothing to say the assassin can't continue to mess with you.

The only thing I can think of right now, is the connection to Australia and the words; "You'll be getting warmer when you travel down this road." It's turning into summer in Australia now vs our Winter so maybe we're on the right track? I dunno.

Remove the "h",...,in death: Deat-looked it up, among a few other random things its internet shorthand for delete. now, it says that "the victim will not rest". opposite of rest means the victim is moving, doing, or the core of something.

"Eureka"!: interjection for a discovery. most famously used by Archimedes; he reportedly proclaimed "Eureka!" when he stepped into a bath and noticed that the water level rose ...He is said to have been so eager to share his realisation that he leapt out of his bathtub and ran through the streets of Syracuse naked. Who here is from Syracuse?

It never said you couldn't protect yourself either?

It has to be clearly written in order for it to be a rule.

That is why there are lawyers, so we can find the loopholes to the way things are written.

I guess I'll protect Rutledge222 then.

Rbochan is. CV is from a suburb of Syracuse. Melly was, but she moved. As soon as you said "Archimedes," all I thought of was "screw" (long story :) ). That lead to me Archimedes Screw: "The invention of the water-screw is credited to Archimedes of Syracuse in the 3rd century BC." In this case Syracuse is Syracuse Sicily (Rome), not N.Y.

More later. I have to get the kid to religion :)
