On TSN last night and this morning, a shit ton of fans of other teams were all saying "this is the Ryan Miller people thought he could become, always was, etc"

When I personally refer to him as "old Miller", I mean "rock star hair and Jesus beard" Miller

I miss that :(. He looked so fucking boss as a Jesus goalie making those sick saves. I noticed that his hair was getting longer but I noticed at the Flames game he got his haircut. I was all, "What is this blasphemy..."

As long as he is stopping pucks and winning games, he could wear a dress and I wouldn't care.

Wearing a dress might prevent him from moving... haha

He's using it as motivation. He is not allowed to look that fucking badass unless he makes the playoffs.

THEN he'll be growing it all out. :D

Miller has definitely always been good.

But what he has improved on is not dropping immediately, taking away the top shelf shots, and reading plays and not overcommitting too early.

The "old miller" that they speak of was never a bad goaltender. In fact, he was a very good one.

But the new Miller is just ridiculous.

I miss Bowler. I wish he were here to see this.

His instincts are just so good. If you look at how he reacts to shots when he can't see the puck, it's just amazing.

I agree, Miller is the heart and soul of this team. Why we even suffer Lalime is beyond me. I would hope this team brings up Enroth as the backup next season and does not resign Lalime.

Enroth can be had cheaper and may very well develope into a decent backup. The one thing that bothers me about goalies other than Miller is the way the team plays infront of the backups.

I firmly believe Enroth can garner a 2.15 to 2.25 GGA over 20 to 25 games in a season if the team plays in front of him the way they do Miller.

He's also not letting in anymore so called "Softies" that people used to give him shit about.

he never gave up "softies" really. point shots, which people assume are soft goals, are some of the most dangerous.

We need a good back up goalie... I mean, Lalime is decent... Wait... No he isn't he sucks BALLS. He can't play at an NHL level. Enroth looks better then him! Get someone! Maybe we could get some Islander goalie, they have 3 decent goalies... Wait only Dwayne and Biron. DiPeitro sucks but they are too ignorant...

And maybe SOMEONE on the team can get a sniper mentality???

Without Miller, our record would be below .500. He has not only been the best American goalkeeper in the league this year, he has been the best goalkeeper - period.

I believe he is the best goalie in the league currently. definitely top 5.
