This is about the most shocking industry to loose jobs in. This country had this industry cornered and we are really good at. To bad the Chinese have now caught on. The article still makes me think of those days back in high school :mrgreen:

How is a water pipe "drug paraphernalia" unless it's been used for drugs? Last time I checked tobacco is still legal here.

Cripes...if I were this Chinese company or the US importer, I'd get the cheapest lawyer I could find and this would be out of court immediately.
They should just say it was confiscated for being intentionally mislabeled. But then again, the LAPD aren't know for their imagination.

I guess they just assume now, and they don't even look into Tobacco Shops that sell them.

You call it a bong or anything related to drugs they kick you out of the store.

The bueaty of the Feds plan when then did this.................They will put these "Bongs" up for auction to bring in money for their agency (Customs). :lol: :lol:

God I love how the Fed's are just plain DUMB! I would say stupid, but with stupid you have a chance to correct the problem, nope, this one is DUMB!
