Niedermayer tries to give his stick to a little girl in the crowd after being named a star.... and scumbaggery breaks out. Disgusting.

Stay classy Ducks fans.

I love when our guys sign pucks for kids in the lower rows. I've seen Peters, Pominville and Lydman all sign stuff for young kids. Awesome.

Lets be honest here, that happens in all sports.

Fans go after stuff thrown into the stands and people brawl over it, especially a stick.

Un-fuckin-believeable. But hey, you are correct, the moment douchebag (Niedermayer) attempted to do this it was a FAIL! And I blame him for the ensueing asshole behavior.

Nice jesture, don't get me wrong, but this is an areana (sports in general) where grown adults can and sometimes do act like 5 year olds.

how on earth can you blame neids? ive seen this happen lots of times (sticks to people) but never fight over it.

at a tiger game once, and the right fielder tossed a ball to the kid next to me. well i caught it, saw the right fielder motion it was for the kid, so i gave it to the kid. the right fielder gave me a thumbs up. :)

wow that was bad. ive seen people tussle for stuff thrown, tossed into the stands but never an actual fight. the guy in the grees was the worst. after he had his hand on it he shoved the nub of the stick in the other guys face then put him in a head lock...makes me want to go a Ducks game...

...wonder who actually got the stick

Really??? Nieds is an asshole for trying to do something nice for a young fan?

Really fucking ignorant position to take.

Give slesh some slack, he is the most bipolar person in the world.

One second he is happy and loving everything, the next he wants to trade everyone away.

Poor Scott, how awkward for him... Any normal, decent human being would have given it to the kid. It's just a hockey stick.

I love how Nieds doesn't know what to do because he's on the other side of the glass. He's just standing there trying to tell them to give the stick to the girl, but he really has nothing else going for him in this tussle lol
