War in 03? Isn't that when Quebec had its vote to secede from Canada?
The list of people who commonly use "Feed" from Canada would be AudSabres (from Nova Scotia). He was just in Buffalo a month ago - I think Phil met him. Someone ask Phil what AudSabres real name is ;) Or, It might be in one of the M-n-g threads.

The first clue wasn't posted until 12:40 a.m.Saturday. We have until 12:40 a.m. Tuesday 11/24. I'm going to hold off.

I don't know why none of us can figure out any of the numbers.

Any clue as to what the (L)-D-(L)[Y] mean? Has anyone tried longitude/latitude or coordinates of any kind?

(L)-D-(L) [Y]
(2)-60-(18) [21]
(18)-78-(19) [13]
(19)-154-(16) [5]
(16)-154-(19) [1]
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Hmmmmmmmm ... You seem to have a vested interest in this thread

Who spells my name SchonEy, says they aren't good with computers, and uses lower case letters when they should be capitalized?

12:40 AM then, not 9 AM. Shows my inability to read.

There has to be some significance of the parentheses and brackets. In mathematics, parenthesis indicate an open endpoint while brackets indicate a closed endpoint, when defining an interval. However, these numbers do nothing to define an interval, so I don't think this would be at all relevant.

It has to mean something, but I can't figure out what.

I don't have enough time to read all the posts, but the first thing that I thought of was (maybe it will help someone):

"The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" Contains all letters of the alphabet, maybe the assassin used this as a code

Using that as the key and the numbers given with it here's what I got.
T h e q u i c k b r o w n f o x j u m p s o v e r t h e l a z y d o g
53-33-11-83-23-31-34-23-81-81-91-33-73
When added:
8-6-2-11-4-7-4-9-6-10
k-i-h-0-q-c-q-b-i-r
When multiplied:
15-9-1-24-6-3-12-6-8-8-9-6-21
o-b-t-e-i-e-w-i-k-k-b-m

Anyone see anything with that?

Ok so for the number multiplied I got a LOT of anagrams, just gunna link it.

That's not the right combo of letters (in the anagrammer). You had an "N" (second to last letter) where there should be a "B" http://wordsmith.org/anagram/anagram.cg ... t=1000&a=n

;) NV. You got it now.

All 26 letters of the alphabet. The only thing I think of associated with 26 is Vanek.
