It could possibly mean somewhere in her family someone owns Hurricanes apparel, not specifically her.

My dad has a Hurricanes hat, so you could consider yourself as to owning it, but in reality you don't actually own it.

i'd say make the accusation the penalty isn't that harsh. i mean one black mark that isn't as harsh as say one mark and you're out.

if you accuse you knock out one of your top suspects, but if you're right you get to choose the next assassin and could easily name yourself assassin. if that is in the cards of the rule. or you get to pick the next and know and can add to the turmoil that is the game. if you like that sort of thing.
