Look, Ferret is going to remain logged in as invisible and only post things that are "told ya so" in nature...and that's it. Everyone ignores it because he hasn't done anything douchey, and lo and behold, today he get's told off and he calls Walt Disney a pederast. Anyone surprised? No. I'm surprised he hasn't threatened anyone's life again. That's true old-school Ferret.

The difference with Briere and Hasek were they were relatively unknown still. Hasek had like two years in the league before that, and Briere maybe had 4.

Drury was an exception by being a pretty well known player and already winning a cup. But yes, their careers were revitalized for sure when they left to a different team.

As I said in the GDT, the call on Rivet was horseshit. The Bruins player was holding onto Rivet's stick like it was the last fucking raft on the Titanic.

What Hasek did in Buffalo is way more than what he did on any other team, I don't care if he won the Cup the year he left, once he left Buffalo he did not have to make the miraculous saves so instead of being an insane life saving goalie he become and insane goalie on a good team.

Good for Max, I'm happy for him.

Agreed. I always liked Max and only wanted him gone because it was obvious he needed a change of scenery.

JP Losman just went and won a Championship in the UFL.

NFL and UFL is apples and oranges. Atlanta and Buffalo is apples/apples. I understand what you mean, but surely the reason that Max is doing so well should be examined. The reason J.P. won the lizard-bowl should not.
