It doesn't work if the image is over 180 pixels...

don't u have a simple foto software?

something like "picture it" there u can put the pics in all sizzzes.

It's software. You need to install it to manipulate the image.

There may be a web based quick tool that you can use too, I'm not sure.

Windows XP has an image resizer powertoy that lets you right click on an image and change it to a different resolution.

Vista doesn't have a powertoy directly from Microsoft, but there's a third party one that works exactly the same. Vista will also resize images with the Windows Photo Gallery, but if you're going to open it in a photo editor, GIMP works just as well (although I've never been a fan of GIMP).
