Yea, ice is a huge threat here moreso than snow.

But yea, NW PA was the same way, especially when we got Lake Effect snow also.

Can they just not come out for the 3rd period and have the refs call this a TKO?

I would hope you would agree, that the team should be taking full advantage of home stands such as this? No?

If you give them the loss tonight, they're 9-5-2 . If you extend that out through 41 home games, they'll end up 23-13-5 at home.

Your Stanley Cup Champion Pittsburgh Penguins were 25-13-3 last year.

It's a LONG season.

Well Squanto, I agree, you won't hear me saying it can't be done, but currently they appear to have problems. I would like to think they'll go 23 wins at home, not likely though. This 5 home game stand was an opportunity for them is all. If I were to extend out across 39 seasons of hockey, take into account how many seasons the Sabres were .500 hockey or more at the halfway point of the season then look at the number of times they not only made the playoffs, but progressed, I betchya the math would show those home games were important. Relative math is just that, relative.

Here they salt the roads in any threat of snow, half the time it just rains and washes it all off before it snows. Then it may snow, and the state is shut down, or city, until a day or whenever, or however much we would get.

How cute!

I didn't think that they played that terrible against the Rangers.

Then again, might have been the 3rd or 4th pitcher.
