One more to correct. You are not FAR off. The letters must be exact in order for the clue to ultimately be solved.

The Assassin is concerned that no attempt has been made to interpret the last victim picture clue. A bit of ingenuity is needed.
Should your attempts come close, you will receive another victim clue (or two) tonight.

As promised, one additional Assassin clue:

The Assassin is setting their table in preparation for their meal on Tuesday afternoon.

What the heck IS that thing?

an engine...

in all seriousness though, i have no idea. it looks like of like the motor/engine from a leaf blower, or some other small hand held machine. too bad there isnt more in the picture that we can use for a size comparison. the chair isnt enough for me.

Ok! The IATA code for the Palm Springs Interantional Airport is "PSP" ...That might be it!

The first picture clue could be a zoomed part of your signature picture. The colors are in there

I think that was one of the earliest suggestions about the source of the original image.

EDIT:

Yeah, I'm pretty convinced that the image is part of the purple/blue transitions in PSP's sig. I think that the single white pixel is a red herring since a previous assassin put a clue inside a single image pixel.

It's a small single cylinder engine. You can see one spark plug, and you can see the hand crank to start it, off of a weedwacker, or something similar.

The others may seem inconsequential, but may ultimately prevent you from solving the identity clue itself.

Tip: the picture in the original victim clue is not based on an avatar or signature picture.

Look for an additional Assassin identity clue on Monday.

For now, what may or may not be your last victim clue. Maybe one more tomorrow if you're good.

This is the last victim picture clue BTW.

Dolls?

If we could only connect an airport acronym to a bunch of dolls and colors. Nice catch though. It's about the only thing that makes any sense so far.

That's what doesn't make sense because the assassin said:

I like how one is randomly wearing sunglasses.

I have a lot of dolls. Porcelain ones, especially.

When my friends girls were little, they were into "American Dolls" (I think that's what they were called). Is that was these are? They look weird.

I wouldn't put it past the assassin to be deceptive.

The first victim clue is Pink, then it transitions to Purple. It's a linear gradient.

Pink Shift Purple?

PSP?

No, those aren't American Girl dolls.

Those first came out when I was about seven... Now they're discontinuing all the original ones. I went to that website recently just for kicks and was all, "Who dat?" at the new dolls. I used to want one, but those things were so freaking expensive for no reason other than the monopoly factor, so I never had one. I played with and still like porcelain dolls, anyway. That's what those are.

Deception is one thing, but the assassin shouldn't outright lie. If they did, no one would ever be able to figure anything out.

I want to know if this means PuckSniper plays with dolls? :o Something only the assassin knows about you PSP?

Haha thankfully, I can say I don't own a single doll.

I did have a big role in my high school's play, which was "Guys and Dolls," but I have NO idea how anyone here would know that. I may have posted it before on the old forums, as I love acting.

EDIT:

BAM! From the old forums:

http://fans.sabres.nhl.com/reply/430482 ... ply-430482

Quote:
Personally, I love theater. As long as you pick the right play, it's always fun. I was in The Pink Panther Strikes Again, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat, and Guys & Dolls.

My favorite was probably Joseph. It was all singing and I had a blast practicing and performing.

Theater is great, and I still try to go whenever I can. It's been hurt by the motion picture era, but it'll always have its place.

Those who posted after me in that thread were Fly, Skyline, SabresFan4Ever, and Itsme.

AcrossTheLines and Crosscheck also participated.

After a tedious and difficult day, the Assassin does not understand why the pictures bemuse you so.
The hours are dwindling. The Assassin is hungry.

One last victim clue to make you squirm.

Assassin identity tip:
Best to check ten
Not across, but down
The Assassin laughs
While you all frown

Edit: Could it be alone?
