Really? I once ate a sketchy tuna-salad sandwich, on a Friday afternoon - By dinnertime, I was puking and...you know.
I was wishing for death (for about 2 days) it was that awful. I couldn't even keep a sip of water down. Got terribly dehydrated.
Fun stuff.
My experience with food poisoning is like Ice's. Ate some funky baloney in the late afternoon. By 7 pm I had a severe headache. Took aspirin; but my stomach started to hurt shortly after - serious pain. Nausea joined pain, and the contents of said stomach were jettisoned. The nausea would briefly subside for a moment then return. Stomach attempted to jettison with nothing in it; felt like my stomach was coming out. I had to drink water at this point to have something in my stomach. Headaches fluctuated between uncomfortable and plain seering throbbing.
The toilet was my lover that night. Fun - fun times.
