Or, much to Jay's pleasure, McCormick.

Supposedly, Myers is an insanely good fighter, but he never did it much because the coaches wanted him on the ice.

Rightfully so.

That's the story being floated around, yea. And hell, if he can play 29 minutes with food poisoning and look fine, I don't ever want him fighting either (unless he's protecting Miller - then it's EVERYONE's job).

I'd love to see him drop the gloves. Who could even hit him with that reach?

I don't care if Myers is our best player, after that Ruutu hit he should have grabbed him and beat the **** out of him. He just stood there and watch. Sooner or later, and probably sooner, he's going to have to do that.

Myers needs to gain about 20 pounds before he starts fighting. Bring up Cowan and McCormick and sit two players who don't fight, Ellis (we can do without him for a game) and Hecht.

The 4th line would be trash without Ellis. He's the best puck handler on that line. I see no value in taking him out of the lineup for Cowan or McCormick.

If someone needs to drop the gloves, Goose or Rivet or Montador will go. That's plenty.

I'd like to see him do that thing my brother used to do to me with his hand on my forehead and I'd have a temper tantrum trying to hit him while he laughed at me. memories.... :shifty:
