Well since we don't have a what are you doing for Christmas Thread here it is, also what is your resolution going to be?

I'm going to Florida for a few days and leaving on Wednesday and seeing family and such.

And for a resolution, I never make them anyways.

On Christmas Eve I always go to my grandfather's house on my dad's side for dinner and to open presents. On Christmas Day we head up to Niagara Falls, NY to see more of my dad's family and we have an early dinner... Then later in the night we go visit my mom's side of the family for drinks and more socializing.

I never really make a New Years Resolution... I guess it would be to keep working hard to save money to get my own apartment.

Christmas is my traditional time to switch from hunting to ice fishing - will be taking the dogs and Clairisse in search of walleye, perch, crappie, trout, ling, and sauger - hopefully we will find at least one of the aforementioned .

My New Years resolution is to try to find a way to spend more time enjoying the great outdoors!!!

New Years resolution: Never make a New Years resolution....fail. They never work and make one feel like a failure, so, my life is pretty awesome now, so I"ll not do anything different. And in the Christmas spirit, I hope the same for everyone else, especially to the friends at SJ.com!!!!!!!

Eating good(shrimp, ham, pie), drinking(everything), spending time with family, enjoying watching people open gifts, playing with the dogs(it's like a kennel) , being with my girl. Woot!

Things I won't be doing:
Making resolutions I should have made on New Year's Eve(or sooner).
Watching football. Screw you NFLN and Time-Warner both.

I will watch the world juniors like always, eat like crazy and visit family.

Apparently after presents, my family is going frolfing on Christmas.

Does anyone here participate in the tradition of the Christmas pickle?? Everyone at the Christmas party I attended last night was all gung-ho about it, but I still don't get it. What in the world.

I've heard about the tradition, but my family has never practiced it. I first learned about it a few years ago.

On christmas eve my family and I have a tradition of getting pizza, wings, and watching George C Scotts "a christmas carol" lol, then the 26th we are coming into Buffalo to visit family for Christmas
